Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Thriftidom's proprietary algorithmic analysis platform, website, data pipelines, and related technological utilities (collectively, the "Platform"). This agreement forms a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Client", or "you") and Thriftidom.

We provide analytical software, statistical modeling tools, and automated calculation engines designed for digital asset, cryptocurrency, and forex market observations. Thriftidom operates strictly as a technology provider and does not function as an authorised deposit-taking institution, custodial wallet, portfolio asset manager, or financial advisory firm.

2. Eligibility and Account Onboarding

To access the Platform or register an account, you must satisfy the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You possess the legal authority and capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are not a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where the deployment, demonstration, or operation of digital currency algorithmic software is restricted, prohibited, or contrary to local statutory regulations.
• You undertake to provide true, accurate, current, and complete contact and identification details during account onboarding.

3. Technological Service and Non-Advisory Status

The algorithmic indicators, machine-learning signals, predictive parameters, and back-testing tools provided through Thriftidom are intended strictly for educational, informational, and technical efficiency purposes. The Platform does not deliver personalized investment recommendations, financial advice, taxation guidance, or legal counsel.

All automated triggers, parameter settings, and risk limits configured via the Platform are executed at your sole direction and discretion. Thriftidom does not guarantee market gains, system profitability, or the elimination of trading drawdowns.

4. Market Volatility and High-Risk Acknowledgement

Transactions involving virtual assets, foreign exchange, and derivative financial contracts carry an inherently high degree of capital risk. Cryptocurrency asset values are vulnerable to severe market swings, liquidity squeezes, protocol vulnerabilities, and legislative shifts. You expressly understand and acknowledge that:

• Past simulated or live algorithmic performance does not predict future real-market outcomes.
• Network latency, connection dropouts, third-party broker outages, and order slippage can adversely affect execution speed and settlement prices.
• You risk sustaining a total loss of all funds committed to any connected trading or brokerage account.

5. Third-Party Brokerage and Exchange Integrations

Thriftidom provides interface integrations and application programming interface (API) connectivity that allow users to connect to independent third-party liquidity providers, brokers, and exchanges. We do not manage, control, hold custody of, or guarantee customer funds placed with external brokers. Your relationship with any third-party broker is governed exclusively by their separate terms, custodial protocols, and fee schedules.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

When interacting with the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of any proprietary analytical algorithms or quantitative models.
• Utilize automated scripts, spiders, scrapers, or extraction crawlers without prior written authorization.
• Engage in abusive high-frequency queries that intentionally overload server bandwidth or degrade infrastructure stability.
• Circumvent account security verifications, geographic access boundaries, or intellectual property protections.
• Deploy the software for any unlawful, fraudulent, or market manipulative practices, including wash trading or spoofing.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, source code, visual dashboards, trademarks, patents, proprietary trade algorithms, and brand assets displayed on or forming part of the Thriftidom platform remain the exclusive property of Thriftidom and its licensors. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the Platform in compliance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Thriftidom and its directors, officers, employees, and technological partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages. This includes, without limitation, direct loss of trading capital, lost profits, reputational harm, operational interruption, or data corruption arising from:

• System downtime, routine maintenance, or unscheduled server disruptions.
• Erroneous third-party price feeds, market feed delays, or API connection failures.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential or two-factor security.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, without prior notice or liability, to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Platform if we determine or reasonably suspect that you have breached these Terms of Service, committed fraudulent acts, or endangered the security of the technological ecosystem.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.

11. Amendments and Inquiries

We may modify, supplement, or replace these Terms from time to time to accommodate technological enhancements, product modifications, or regulatory requirements. Continued usage of the Platform following any posted amendments constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
